Ristorante e Bistrot in centro a Firenze
Our Cuisine
TRADITION AND QUALITY
Agricola Toscana enhances the Tuscan culinary tradition with passion and respect for the roots of our land. In the heart of Florence, the restaurant and bistrot welcome guests with the warmth and authenticity of a Tuscan home, where good food is intertwined with conviviality: in both restaurants, the queen of the table is the Florentine steak.

Florentine steak, cooked rare according to tradition.
Our goal is to offer a cuisine that celebrates the genuine flavors of Tuscany, combining respect for tradition with a contemporary touch. Each dish is designed to enhance the authentic flavors of Tuscany, accompanied by a selection of wines that best represent regional and national excellence.

The “winter time” jewel of il bistrot di Agricola Toscana: pigeon risotto.
Our cuisine is born from the selection of quality ingredients: fine meats, seasonal products and local raw materials. Each dish enhances the authentic flavors of Tuscany, and the menu is always strictly seasonal: the dishes are not available all year round!

From peasant tradition to the table of the restaurant, during winter season: sausage and beans.
In the restaurant in Via del Corso we celebrate classic cuisine with dishes such as Florentine steak, ribollita and pappa al pomodoro, while at the bistrot on Borgo Ognissanti tradition meets experimentation. Here, historic dishes such as “Carabaccia” and pigeon risotto blend with a modern vision of gastronomy, in an environment that invites you to experience the meal as a moment of pleasure and sharing.

The “Carabaccia”: at the bistrot, an ancient onion soup that dates back to the Medici era.
Agricola Toscana is not just a restaurant or a bistro, but a place where you feel like a guest and not a customer, welcomed with care and attention: our staff makes every visit an authentic experience, perfect for those looking for the true soul of Tuscan cuisine in the heart of Florence.
