Agricola Toscana’s bistrot, in Borgo Ognissanti in Florence, offers contemporary Tuscan cuisine that combines tradition and experimentation. Authenticity, simplicity and sophistication blend together in dishes created with local raw materials, fine meats and excellent wines.

Brother of the restaurant on Via del Corso, it’s the new project by Simone Angerame, with chef Stefano Frassineti, who reinterprets tradition with modern freshness. The creative menu highlights seasonal products, enhancing conviviality and a young and welcoming atmosphere.

The beverage proposal is also curated: a wide selection of Italian and Tuscan wines accompanies each dish. The environment, studied in colors and furnishings, reflects the warmth of tradition with a modern touch.

Among the dishes: carabaccia, ribollita, pigeon risotto, rabbit with old-fashioned potatoes and the iconic Florentine steak, four fingers thick and served rare.
