At Agricola Toscana, located in the heart of Florence, a few steps from the Duomo, the Uffizi and Palazzo Vecchio, in one of the most suggestive areas of the city. The restaurant celebrates Tuscan cuisine with dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients and carefully selected meats.

A few days before the lockdown, Simone Angerame took over the restaurant and renewed the vision of Florentine cooking, remaining faithful to tradition. His passion is reflected in the constant search for quality and authenticity, selecting each ingredient to offer authentic dishes linked to the territory.

The flagship of the menu is the Florentine steak, dry aged for at least 60 days to enhance its taste and tenderness, served high and rare according to tradition. The menu also includes appetizers, first courses, second courses and homemade desserts. We offer seasonal dishes such as ribollita, pappa al pomodoro, along with original recipes such as “carbonara tartufata” or picio “all’Agricola Toscana”.
